what we ask for
The 7 fields that make a good workflow.
Keep it specific. The most useful workflows on this site are the ones written by someone who actually shipped them.
The exact problem in the user's own words. Skip the framing language; give us the line a real person would type into search.
Numbered steps and the tools you actually used. If a step requires judgement, say what to look for.
A sanitized example — no real customer data, no PII, no PHI, no private DMs.
Where in the workflow a human must approve before the AI's output is used.
The bright line. Anything safety-critical, regulated, or that requires accountability that an AI can't take.
Confirm we can publish it under your name or as anonymous. We won't publish without explicit yes.
A handle or email you're happy to be reached on. We never publish contact details without permission.

Human review before anything goes live.
We don't auto-publish submissions. Expect a real person to ask follow-up questions.
- You send the 7 fields above by WhatsApp or email.
- A human reviews the workflow for safety, privacy, and clarity. We may ask 1-3 follow-up questions.
- We draft the workflow page using your fields. You see the draft before it's published.
- You approve in writing. Only then does the page go live with a permanent URL on
/workflows/<your-slug>/. - We add internal links from related workflows and mention your submission in the next newsletter.
Spam & safety. We will not publish workflows that automate medical/clinical decisions, automate legal advice, target a protected group, scrape private data, harass users, or run on customer data without consent.
Privacy. Do not include real names, phone numbers, emails, customer IDs, account numbers, health data, financial data, or unreleased product details in your submission. If your real example contains any of these, sanitize first or describe in schema-only form.
