1. Acceptance
By using dabblewith.ai, messaging the community, joining a session, or submitting content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or community channels.
2. Community purpose
dabblewith.ai is a practical AI learning community. It may include demos, workshops, experiments, prompts, AI-generated drafts, human-reviewed resources, discussions, and community-led learning activities. The community is exploratory and may change quickly.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to participate in online communities and comply with these Terms. If you participate on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have permission to do so. We may refuse, suspend, or remove access where needed for safety, abuse prevention, or community quality.
4. Community conduct
- Be respectful, constructive, and honest about your experience level.
- Do not harass, threaten, spam, impersonate, scrape, or disrupt the community.
- Do not share confidential, proprietary, medical, financial, or highly sensitive personal data unless a specific private workflow is explicitly provided.
- Do not submit illegal, harmful, hateful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive content.
- Do not use community resources to build malware, bypass security, violate platform rules, or harm others.
5. AI-generated content and human review
AI tools may help draft content, summarize discussions, classify topic signals, generate workshop material, and assist community operations. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing and validating anything you rely on.
6. No professional advice
Community content is for general learning and experimentation. It is not legal, medical, financial, security, tax, employment, or other professional advice. Get qualified advice before making important decisions.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant dabblewith.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, summarize, display, and use your submissions as needed to operate, improve, moderate, and promote the community. We will use reasonable care before making member-identifiable content public outside the expected community context.
8. Community materials
Unless stated otherwise, dabblewith.ai materials, site design, copy, structure, workflows, and community operating artifacts are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may use publicly shared resources for personal learning, but you may not misrepresent ownership, remove attribution, resell the community, or copy substantial parts to create a confusingly similar service.
9. Events, recordings, and demos
Some sessions may be recorded, summarized, or turned into public learning artifacts. We will try to make recording expectations clear. By participating in a recorded or public session, you consent to reasonable use of your participation for community documentation, recap, and educational material.
10. Third-party services
The community may use WhatsApp, Google Analytics, hosting providers, email tools, AI model providers, and other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party platforms outside our control.
11. Paid offerings
If paid workshops, memberships, sponsorships, or services are introduced, additional terms may apply. Pricing, refunds, access windows, and deliverables will be stated at the time of purchase or registration.
12. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may modify, pause, or discontinue the website, community, sessions, or features at any time. We may remove content or restrict participation if we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, or harms the community.
13. Disclaimers
The website and community are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free AI outputs, specific outcomes, or that materials will meet your needs. Use experiments and workflows at your own judgment and risk.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dabblewith.ai and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the website or community.
15. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the community matures. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
