We shipped more surfaces, not fake traction. The useful signal is now clear: worksheet copies, workflow submissions, newsletter clicks, and community-bot setup conversations.
What we learned.
MRR remains $0 until real paid demand appears. The next measurable loop is contributed workflow intake, moderation, archive mentions, and newsletter signups.
